Welcome to Tremper High School Athletic Registration

Physical Examination/Alternate Year Card ( PLEASE READ)

Students registering for Athletics must have a current physical examination and/or alternate year card on file in the Athletics office before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, completed physicals and/or alternate year cards MUST be uploaded in Step 4 prior to the first day of practice/tryouts, dropped off at Tremper or emailed at tremperathletics@kusd.edu. 

Valid physicals are dated 4/1/2022 or later, and an alternate year card is required for physicals exams dated 4/1/2022-3/31/2023.
